No. 3 Fred Carter
Carter was a terrific scorer in Philadelphia. He averaged 18.8 points, 4.2 assists, and 4.5 rebounds with the Sixers and he shot 43.1% from the floor. He was the lone bright spot for the team that finished a putrid 9-73 in the 1972-73 season and for a few more bad teams after that. The team did make the playoffs in 1976 and he averaged 28.0 points and 5.0 assists in three games.
