This was the most obvious guy to top this list. The number is retired in his honor, after all. He averaged 27.6 points, 6.1 assists, and 3.9 rebounds in Philadelphia and he led the league in scoring four times. He won Rookie of the Year in 1997, an MVP in 2001 when he led the Sixers to the NBA Finals, and he was named an All-Star eight times with the Sixers.
