Week 4- Sunday, Oct. 4, 4:25 p.m.: Bills at Raiders

The Raiders could be flying high in this one despite it being an early-season game. This is going to be only their second-ever home game in Las Vegas. Their first is against a powerful Saints team, so they could be searching for their first win here against the Bills. Still, this should be a hard-fought game and the Bills defense should be able to contain Oak… Las Vegas.

Week 15- Dec. 19 or 20, time TBD: Bills at Broncos

Against the Broncos a year ago at home, the Bills handled their business and went to 8-3 on the year. A much different game is en route for the Bills, though. Drew Lock is… locked into… into their starting quarterback job and he’s looked a lot better than Brandon Allen, who Buffalo faced last year.

Week 10- Sunday, Nov. 15, 4:05 p.m.: Bills at Cardinals

Another bit of a flip here. Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray looks poised to take a solid step forward next season. He’s got plenty of weapons around him now like DeAndre Hopkins and they drafted perhaps the best overall defender in the draft, Isaiah Simmons. It’s not an impossible win for the Bills, but traveling across the country doesn’t make it any easier.

Week 5- Sunday, Oct. 11, 1 p.m.: Bills at Titans

The Titans were the only playoff team the Bills beat a year ago. But Ryan Tannehill hadn’t taken things over yet when Buffalo beat Tennessee. The jury still could be out on Tannehill, too. He had a Comeback Player of the Year season in 2019, but can he make his big contract worthwhile? Regardless, the Titans still have a stout defense, even if there’s a ton of Bills fans at this game again.

Week 9- Sunday, Nov. 8, 1 p.m.: Seahawks at Bills

The Bills will be hosting a team from the west coast, but it’s hard to imagine this one being some sort of easy win. Quarterback Russell Wilson went toe-to-toe for the MVP Award last season. Even though he lost it to Lamar Jackson, he had a hell of a year and there’s no reason to believe that won’t happen again.

Week 14- Sunday, Dec. 13, 8:20 p.m.: Steelers at Bills

This one mirrors the above, and then some. The Titans didn’t have Tannehill under center when losing to Buffalo last year. The Bills beat the Steelers on primetime a year ago, but this one will include Ben Roethlisberger. This one is going to be much tougher, and the crowd in Orchard Park could be a mixed bag with how close Pittsburgh is to western New York. Potential big playoff implications here, too.

Week 6- Thursday, Oct. 15, 8:20 p.m.: Chiefs at Bills

The defending champs? This one could easily be the hardest game the Bills have this year, but there’s one small reason Buffalo could have an edge: Thursday. Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid & Co. are coming to Orchard Park on a short week. While a very talented team, the road team on Thursday Night Football always are up against it.

Week 13- Monday, Dec. 7, 8:15 p.m.: Bills at 49ers

The easy pick for hardest game of the season. The toughest defense the Bills will probably face, on the road, across the country, on the bright lights. Buffalo’s defense will have to mirror the 49ers’ stout unit, because the Bills offense is going to be up against it. There’s a realistic chance the Bills could have a look at a W here, though.
