Ranking the 30 best players of the 2019-20 NBA G League season

With the NBA G League season likely to be canceled soon, Rookie Wire took a look at the best players to suit up this year.

25. Jared Harper, Northern Arizona Suns

The former two-way rookie established himself as a human highlight reel given his elite athleticism. He placed 16th in scoring among all players but, unfortunately, was waived on Sunday by the Phoenix Suns. Harper should land with another organization once play resumes.

24. Jarrod Uthoff, Memphis Hustle

Uthoff averaged 18.9 points, 10.7 rebounds, three assists, 1.4 steals and 1.1 blocks in 34 appearances this season with the Hustle. He was 28th in scoring and earned a 10-day contract with the Memphis Grizzlies, where he logged four appearances.

23. Walt Lemon Jr., Fort Wayne Mad Ants

Lemon finished 19th in scoring among all players this season after averaging 20.3 points per game. He shot 40.5% from 3-point range and became one of the best shooters in the G League.

22. Keldon Johnson, Austin Spurs

Johnson had an incredible run in the G League this season before recently joining the Spurs in the NBA. He scored in double figures in all but one game this season, averaging 20.3 points in 39 appearances to finish 20th in scoring.

21. Ignas Brazdeikis, Westchester Knicks

The second-round pick of the Knicks came in 14th in scoring after posting 20.9 points per game. He neared a triple-double a few times with points, rebounds and assists as he showed some promise in his first year as a professional.
