Florida football is gearing up for the 2023 campaign by kicking off its preseason practice schedule at the Sanders Practice Fields on the university’s campus. With the opening kickoff coming on the road against the Utah Utes on Aug. 31, Billy Napier and his army of staffers have a little under a month to prepare for the upcoming grind.
The Gators are facing low expectations this fall but that has not slowed the program down, having focused on maximizing outcomes during the offseason as Napier’s grand plan finally begins to fall into place. Picked to finish fifth in the SEC East division, there is nowhere to go but upward for the Orange and Blue.
