As the Eagles continue to reduce the roster to 53 players before Tuesday’s deadline, cornerback Craig James is the latest player to be released.
A special teams ace, James was signed by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2018. He could return as a practice squad candidate, although he won’t be subjected to the waiver process.
