Pro Football Focus recently provided some context to the eye test with Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley. We know he has great hands on the field, we can see that.
The football analytics outlet has already released data that shows that Beasley was the NFL’s best slot wideout this year. He had the most numbers catching the ball out of that position on the field out of anyone in the NFL.
PFF’s latest shows why that was probably the case. Of all receivers in the league in 2020, PFF says that Beasley had the fifth-lowest drop percentage:

In total, Beasley had 82 catches for 967 yards this season. Those were both career-bests and had the 31-year-old been healthy enough to play in Buffalo’s season finale, he likely surpasses the 1,000-yard plateau.
For his efforts, Beasley was awarded with his first ever All-Pro nod in 2020 as well. He was one of four Bills players to be named a second-team selection. Fellow receiver Stefon Diggs was named to the first team.
