Trailing by seven midway through the fourth, New Orleans closed the game with a 23-6 run that featured big plays on both ends from all five Pelicans. Eric Bledsoe scored 17 points in the second with the bulk of those coming in the fourth quarter.

Zion Williamson iced the game away late, slamming home a Bledsoe lob to finish with 29 points on 10-of-14 shooting overall and 9-of-11 shooting from the free throw line. Brandon Ingram knocked down a number of big shots late, scoring 27 points in the win.

Lonzo Ball added 16 points, seven rebounds and seven assists and Josh Hart grabbed eight rebounds off the bench in the win. Jonas Valanciunas had 23 points to lead Memphis.
