The New England Patriots will be dressing three quarterbacks for Sunday’s regular season finale against the Buffalo Bills.
Drake Maye, Jacoby Brissett and Joe Milton III are all active for the Week 18 matchup. However, Maye and Milton were seen as the two quarterbacks going through pre-game warmups.
That means Milton could be preparing to make his first appearance in an NFL regular season game. On the Patriots’ list of inactives, there were a total of six players ruled out for the game, including cornerback Christian Gonzalez and tight end Hunter Henry.
Here’s the full list of inactives for both teams ahead of Sunday’s game:

The Patriots currently own the No. 1 overall pick of the 2025 NFL draft. However, a win over the Bills could put that pick in jeopardy. We’ll see if it impacts the way the Patriots approach the game.
