Pac-12 Power Rankings: USC drops once again after 3OT escape vs. Arizona

Man, I’m going to miss the Pac-12.

I’m going to miss Pac-12 After Dark. I’m going to miss watching reigning Heisman winners go to triple-overtime against unranked teams. I’m going to miss watching coaches forget the rules of overtime. I’m going to miss all of the absolute insanity that takes place at 11 p.m. on a Saturday night, long after much of the country has gone to bed.

The USC Trojans’ triple-OT win against the Arizona Wildcats was a perfect display of what makes the Pac-12 great. I hope you stayed up to watch it, because it was entertaining until the final second.

It also gave us a great look at one of the perceived best teams in the conference, and how far they have to go before being real contenders in the nation.
