OT Jermaine Eluemunor is excited ‘finally having a coach and GM that truly believe in you’

“Finally having a coach and GM who truly believe in you, it gets you excited to want to play for them and want to give everything you have.”

Texas A&M alumnus Jermaine Eluemunor is beginning a new journey this weekend with the New York Giants after spending three seasons in Sin City playing for the Las Vegas Raiders.

The offensive tackle appeared on “Up & Adams” with host Kay Adams on Tuesday and explained why he’s excited about participating in training camp this year.

“With me just going through what I’ve been through in my career, now finally having a coach and GM who truly believe in you, it gets you excited to want to play for them and want to give everything you have for them,” Eluemunor said. “I’ve struggled with confidence throughout my career and even today, being the player I am and the one I want to become, I still struggle with that.

“It’s a constant fight to tell myself that ‘I am who I am, I’m confident and can go into the game to do everything I need to do in order to help this team win.'”

Eluemunor and the G-Men kickoff the 2024 campaign on Sunday at noon CT by hosting the Minnesota Vikings.
