Orlando City SC at FC Cincinnati odds, picks and prediction

Analyzing Saturday’s Orlando City SC at FC Cincinnati odds and lines, with MLS picks and predictions.

In one of many MLS games Saturday, Orlando City SC (8 wins, 4 losses, 5 draws) travel north to take on FC Cincinnati (3-7-6) at TQL Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET. Below, we preview the Orlando City SC vs. FC Cincinnati odds and lines, and make our best MLS bets, picks and predictions.

Having added a couple of defenders in the last week, FC Cincinnati is looking to improve where it’s weakest. Hopefully, it will help its fortune as well as it hasn’t won June 26.

Cincinnati has drawn its last two matches. At home yet again, FCC has yet to win at its brand-new stadium. It’ll get a tough matchup this time as well with the second-ranked team in the Eastern Conference coming to Cincinnati.

Orlando City, led by F Nani, won two of its last four matches. It has won just three of eight on the road this season.

Prediction

Orlando City SC 2, FC Cincinnati 1

Money line (ML)

BET on ORLANDO CITY SC (+155) as it’s the more-proven side. Well, and the fact FCC has yet to win at home. That certainly doesn’t help anything.

Oh, and add to that FCC just mutually parted ways with its general manager. While it added a few defenders, there’s no telling if they’ll up to speed for this game.

On the other side of the field, an experienced Nani will be looking to break down the second-worst defense in the East. Given FCC’s internal struggles and inability to get results at home, expect Orlando to come out on top.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET on the OVER 2.5 (-140) as Orlando City’s defense has also struggled.

It has given up 22 goals through 17 matches which is the worst of any team in playoff contention. Orlando ranks fifth in goals and seventh in shots on target.

With FCC is in the bottom 10 in save percentage, there’s no reason at least 3 goals shouldn’t be netted in this one. FCC hit the Over in three of its last six matches while Orlando City’s hit the Over in nine of its last 11.
