Oregon Ducks pro day set, with Bo Nix, Troy Franklin, other set to showcase skills

The Oregon Ducks will reportedly host their pro day in early March as players like Bo Nix and Troy Franklin look to improve draft stock.

We are getting into the part of the football calendar where attention turns to the NFL draft, and the hundreds of players who are hoping to be selected by an NFL team this spring.

While the date for the NFL combine has been set for early March, and the draft will obviously take place in late April, we are starting to see dates be set for pro days across the nation as well.

According to ESPN’s Field Yates, the Oregon Ducks pro day will take place on March 12th in Eugene, where players like Bo Nix, Troy Franklin, Bucky Irving, Jackson Powers-Johnson, Brandon Dorlus, Khyree Jackson, and several others will look to improve their draft stock.

The pro day will take place a little more than a week after the NFL combine, so it will offer a good chance for players to improve on their initial marks.

With Nix being among the top quarterback prospects in the draft this year, you can bet that there are going to be a ton of eyes on Eugene for the event.
