Thunder at Nuggets: Odds, betting lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Nuggets 119, Thunder 106

Money line (ML)

The Nuggets (-450) are the overwhelming favorites in this one, and they should win. However, risking four and a half times your potential return is just a foolish long-term strategy, and even if you won the very same bet 80 percent of the time out of 100, you would be in the hole by $1,000. AVOID.

Against the spread (ATS)

The NUGGETS -9.5 (-110) have struggled straight up and against the number this season, including a 1-4 ATS mark across their past five at Ball Arena.

While the Thunder +9.5 (-110) have cashed in six of the past seven on the road, Denver has been their kryptonite over the years. OKC is just 1-11 ATS in the previous 12 meetings in this series, and 0-5 ATS in their past five trips to the “Mile High City”.

Over/Under (O/U)

OVER 220.5 (-110) has cashed in five straight on the road for OKC against teams with a losing overall home record, and the Over is 8-2 in the past 10 against teams with a losing overall mark. The Over has connected in five of the past eight for Denver, too, and they’re averaging 115.4 PPG to rank sixth in the league, while yielding 112.5 PPG to rank just 21st defensively.
