Ohio State WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (hamstring) set to return vs. Iowa

Ohio State wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is finally set to return from a hamstring injury Saturday vs. Iowa

One of the top wide receiver prospects in college football is finally returning from injury.

Ohio State’s Jaxon Smith-Njigba is expected to play Saturday against Iowa, per ESPN’s Pete Thamel. The star pass-catcher has been nursing a hamstring injury, and has been banged up for most of the 2022 season.

The pro potential is still sky-high for Smith-Njigba, but finally seeing him back on the field at full strength should help get his draft stock back to preseason levels.
