Ohio State is headed to the Sugar Bowl to take on Clemson in one of the semifinals of the College Football Playoff. And while the odds favor Clemson to take down the No. 3 seeded Buckeyes, nobody really knows what to expect in a year such as the one we’ve all been through.
But that hasn’t stopped the oddsmakers from putting some interesting future lines out there, and there’s plenty to choose from when it comes to the playoff. We already reported that Ohio State has the third-best odds of the four teams to win the whole thing, and we can also inform you that Ohio State vs. Alabama has the second-best odds (+280) of being the matchup in the national title game according to BetMGM.
And yeah, we know you can probably guess that the odds say are by far the most favored matchup. It would be Alabama vs. Clemson as -250. The other two lines are set with Notre Dame vs. Clemson at +1000 and Notre Dame vs. Ohio State at a whopping +2800.

So, there you have it. It’s another opportunity for Ryan Day to play the “Ohio against the world” card. They are definitely beginning to stack up.
