Ohio State offers 2026 in-state offensive lineman a scholarship

It’s super early so they Buckeyes must really like what they saw #GoBucks

The 2026 recruiting class is still years away from their first signing day, but [autotag]Ohio State[/autotag]already has eyes on an in-state prospect that just finished his freshman season.

Avon Lake offensive lineman [autotag]Maxwell Riley[/autotag] was offered a scholarship from OSU today after attending the Buckeyes’ first spring practice. The rising sophomore lineman already stands 6-foot, 5-inches, and weighs 265 pounds.

Ohio State is not the first scholarship for Riley as Florida State, Miami (FL) and Toledo have jumped on offering the tackle early. It’s way too early for the majority of scouting services to rank his class, but the way it is going, expect Riley to be one of the most coveted players in his class.
