Ohio State misses out on 4-star 2024 offensive tackle

On to the next one for the Buckeyes #GoBucks

It didn’t look like [autotag]Ohio State football[/autotag] was in the plan for 2024 Massachusetts offensive tackle [autotag]Guerby Lambert[/autotag].

His final three schools were the Buckeyes, Notre Dame and Harvard. One of those schools isn’t nearly respected academically as the other two, and it really wasn’t a surprise when Lambert announced his commitment to the Fighting Irish.

It’s been a struggle for the Buckeyes to find an elite offensive tackle in the 2024 class. Their current commits are very solid prospects, but none is ranked inside the top 150 on the 247Sports composite.

Ohio State still has a few prospects they are pursuing, such as Jordan Seaton and Brandon Baker. It needs to land one of these two if it wants to have a great 2024 offensive line haul.
