Anyone watching the Ohio State football team right now has to admit that it’s playing its best football of the season. There was the whitewashing of Tennessee in the first round, and that was followed up with a blowout win over No. 1 Oregon in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day.
OSU head coach Ryan Day was visible pleased when he met with the media after the 41-21 College Football Playoff quarterfinal, but he took his time listening to questions and answering them in an honest and measured manner.
