Black stripe alert! The Ohio State football team officially welcomed another member to the Brotherhood on Saturday when freshman receiver Noah Rogers shed his black stripe.
Rogers was part of a ridiculous haul of talented wide receivers in the 2023 class for the Buckeyes. Of the top 10 receivers in the class, Ohio State snagged three of them. Rogers came in at No. 8 at the position and in the top 50 overall.
He proved his value after enrolling early and turning some heads at the annual Scarlet and Gray game. The young man pulled in three receptions for 64 yards; 57 of those yards came on a long pass for a spectacular touchdown catch.
Rogers comes to Columbus via North Carolina. He picked the Buckeyes over in state schools, UNC and North Carolina State, as well as Clemson and Florida State.

Brian Hartline continues to show why he’s the best in the business by bringing in talented class after talented class at the receiver position. The wideout room is loaded, so playing time will most likely be limited this season, however, the Bucks should be good to go for years to come.
