He was to be a game-time decision, and it appears as though the decision was to start Ohio State forward Kyle Young against Indiana today. It was obvious pregame during warm-ups that Young was able to do quite a bit, then when the starting lineup was announced and trotted out, what many would consider the glue of this team stepped out among the five to start things off in Bloomington.
Young had been dealing with fatigue, pain, and a lack of conditioning as a result of having to an appendectomy the night after the West Virginia game. During his absence, the Buckeyes lost two-straight and seemed to lack the killer instinct and confidence that defined it early in the year.

We’ll see how much Young can go today, but having him back in the lineup can hopefully provide a boost for a team that sorely needs it.
