The Ohio State football program is still going through its spring football drills and practices, and it will all culminate with the annual spring game on April 17. The hope is that all that work put in will result in continued success in 2021 that could result in another Big Ten championship, College Football Playoff appearance, and potential national championship.

But it’s not a foregone conclusion. There are things that need to be addressed in order to set the stage for future returns. It’s that case every year in college football where there is a ton of turnover and new puzzle pieces to play with.

It’s the equivalent of spring cleaning to get the house in order for better times ahead. We’ve just come out of winter, and the excitement and urgency is there to get clear out the dust and spruce things up a bit.
