Ohio State football players Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint charged with kidnapping, rape

Ohio State football players Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint have been charged with kidnapping and rape. Both have warrants out for their arrest.

Ohio State football players Amir Riep and Jahsen Wint have been charged with kidnapping and rape according to a complaint filed stemming from an incident last week.

The Franklin County Municipal Court has issued warrants for both players’ arrests. They are both charged with rape by threat of force, and kidnapping for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity. Both are first-degree felonies.

Cleveland.com was provided the following statement from an Ohio State spokesman on the matter.

“We are aware that two of our students have been arrested and criminally charged. They have been suspended from all activities involving the football program. We will share more information when available.”
