In the midst of all the hubbub that was the 2020 NFL Draft on Thursday, and all the preparations everyone was making, the Ohio State football team landed another commitment for its 2022 class. That’s right, despite still adding to an unbelievably talented 2021 recruiting cycle, the Buckeyes have now received two verbals over the last three days for the following season.
It’s still too early to take stock in where Tegra Tshabola stands in the composite rankings. However, the 6-foot, 6-inch, 320-pound offensive tackle out of Lakota West High School in West Chester, OH does have a rating by way of 247Sports own ranking. They have him as a four-star recruit and pegged as the second overall recruit in Ohio, sixth-best offensive tackle in the class, and No. 69 overall recruit in the entire class.
My family and I have done a lot of thinking and we decided to end my recruiting process and I have decided to commit to The Ohio State University.@OhioStateFB @ryandaytime @CoachCookOL @CoachTomBolden @CoachDanBolden and the whole #BuckeyeNation #GoBucks. OSU has had some serious lately on the recruiting trail, and with the program taking front and center stage during the NFL draft, it doesn’t figure to slow down anytime soon.
