It’s Thursday and there’s an Ohio State football game this week. That must mean that it’s time for the OSU creative team to provide us with another heart-thumping, adrenaline-inducing trailer for the game this weekend.
And in this case, it’s a pretty special one. It’s been 657 days since fans were in the venerable Horseshoe to watch a football game. That day, on November 24, 2019, the Buckeyes beat Penn State and marched on to the College Football Playoff.
Who knew that would be the last time a game was played in front of fans from the public for over a year and a half. In March of 2020, all the fun was put on ice because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
But now fans are ready to pour into Ohio Stadium once again, against a quality opponent when a top twelve Oregon team comes to town to try and upset the homecoming. Ohio State isn’t having it.
Watch below and get adrenaline coursing through your veins as you watch highlights from that final game with fans, highlights and moments from the history and tradition of OSU, and then the buildup for what’s coming Saturday afternoon.

This is another one that should have you running through a wall somewhere. We can’t wait to see what that atmosphere is on Saturday when the seal is broken as the home opener for the Buckeyes.
Get ready. And if you are going to the game, be loud, proud, and engaged.
