Ohio State five-star 2022 QB commit Quinn Ewers to play in All-American Bowl

Five-star 2022 quarterback commit Quinn Ewers has accepted an invite to play in the All-American Bowl this coming January.

This last season’s All-American Bowl may have been canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but things are trending in the right direction with sporting events that we should see the annual high school all-star game enter the fray again this upcoming season.

And, when we do, it looks like one of the most anticipated commitments in the history of Ohio State football will be taking part. According to a Tweet 2022 5-star quarterback Quinn Ewers shared this weekend, he will be taking part in all the festivities down in San Antonio on January 8.

Ewers, currently ranked as the country’s top-rated recruit in the 2022 recruiting class according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings spurned his home state Texas Longhorns team, and flipped his commitment from the Longhorns to Ohio State back in November.

He will be joined deep in the heart of Texas by a couple of other future Buckeyes in five-star receiver Caleb Burton and four-star receiver Kyion Grayes. You can bet that number will climb as things progress through the recruiting cycle.

Congrats to Ewers and all the future Ohio State players that hopefully get to take part in these really cool end-of-the-year all-star games that had to be shelved during the global pandemic.
