It is near time for one of the more unique events Oklahoma football puts on.

The Sooners Pro Day has had the past two No. 1 overall draft selections test and go through a workout. It has become one of the bigger showcases of Oklahoma’s talent and facilities.

Oklahoma football announced on Monday that the Pro Day will be on March 11. Check in will be at 8:30 a.m. CT and the event will begin at 9 a.m. CT. The past two Pro Days have been televised, but those details have yet to be announced if NFL Network or ESPN choose to do so.

The 2020 Pro Day at Oklahoma should one of intrigue. The Sooners will showcase bonafide first-round selection CeeDee Lamb and potential risers as the process goes on in Kenneth Murray and Neville Gallimore. Jalen Hurts wore an Oklahoma helmet at the Reese’s Senior Bowl, but it hasn’t been made official where he will do his Pro Day at.

“I’ve talked to Jalen, doing well—been able to stay in touch with a lot of our guys getting ready to make the next step,” said Oklahoma head coach Lincoln Riley at an earlier press conference. “I’ll let him handle that part of it, but I know he’s enjoying the process.”

NFL Combine snub Parnell Motley will get to go through his big job interview as should other draft eligible players who played at Oklahoma and some from other local colleges as has been tradition.

The Sooners will be just starting spring practice for the 2020 Oklahoma team the day before on March 10.
