Worthy is expected to be one of the fastest players at the combine this year and has been projected as an early second round pick for the 2024 NFL draft.

Whittington’s situation is a bit different. The former Longhorn will only participate in the bench press at the combine due to a lingering hamstring injury that he suffered at the Senior Bowl.
Texas WR Jordan Whittington will only participate in the bench press this weekend at the NFL Combine.
A slight hamstring pull caused Whittington to be sidelined at the Senior Bowl and now the Combine in Indianapolis.

It’s not ideal news for Whittington due to his lengthy injury history during his collegiate career. Regardless, he is sure to impress NFL scouts with his work ethic, leadership, IQ and film.
Wide receivers, running backs and quarterbacks are scheduled to participate in drills at the NFL Combine on Saturday, March 2.
