NFC East Draft Roundup: Eagles get speed, Giants get bulk, Redskins get Young

The Cowboys made out like bandits during the 2020 draft. How did the rest of the NFC East do?

It was a rather low-key weekend for the Giants, who potentially held the keys to the draft with fourth-overall pick. Instead, Dave Gettleman played it safe and took the first tackle off the board, the plug-and-play Andrew Thomas. Solidifying the offensive line seemed like a clear goal for New York this year, as lineman were the only offensive players they drafted.

The Giants snagged possible Dallas target Xavier McKinney early in the second round. The standout Alabama safety is set join Jabrill Peppers in the back of their secondary, which ranked 31st last season in pass defense DVOA.
