Nets star guard Kyrie Irving hints at playing overseas in future

Disgruntled Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving responded to a tweet and inferred that later in the future, he wants to play overseas.

While the Brooklyn Nets are happy to keep guard Kyrie Irving, the team won’t have him forever as the seven-time All-Star inferred that when he becomes older he’s going to play overseas.

Analysts do however doubt that the organization will keep Irving if the team deals with disgruntled superstar Kevin Durant. The former MVP requested a trade at the beginning of the offseason and many believe that Irving’s time in Brooklyn will be over if Durant is shipped.

Irving responded to a tweet that he’s been “gassing” himself up when he hinted at playing internationally.

“I don’t ever have to Gas myself up. I am going on my 12th year in the best league in the world and I am only getting better. When I am 38 years old and have time to reflect on my career truly, I will do so, but until then, I am enjoying every moment. And no I won’t be done playing basketball at 38 years old lol, I’ll be in leagues all over the world playing and teaching the youth all that was taught to me.”
