MLB fans had plenty of jokes after mics picked up Joc Pederson’s loud F-bomb

He was just a *little* upset.

In recent years, Major League Baseball has embraced the idea of more players wearing microphones during games. It makes for engaging in-game interviews and fun social content.

Well, Joc Pederson didn’t need to wear a microphone in order for us to hear what he said on Sunday.

The San Francisco Giants outfielder was coming off a big game in Saturday’s win over the Yankees where he had a home run and two runs scored. And during the sixth inning on Sunday, he had a prime opportunity to get the Giants within a run against Ron Marinaccio.

Pederson knew it too. (Warning: NSFW language)

Marinaccio left a four-seam fastball around the heart of the plate — a perfect pitch for Pederson to send into the short porch in right field. But when Pederson got under the ball and popped it up, he stayed in the box briefly and shouted an F-bomb that was loud enough to get picked up on the broadcast.

Joc was just a *bit* frustrated there.

But hey, you can’t really get mad about players showing emotion. It’s what baseball really needs. Fans also found a way to have some fun with Joc’s strong language.
