Michigan State football makes DE Chase Carter’s top 2

Michigan State football has made the top two for coveted defensive end Chase Carter. The Spartans will battle Iowa to win this recruitment.

Michigan State defensive line coach Ron Burton has made Minneapolis, Minnesota defensive end Chase Carter a priority for the majority of this recruiting cycle.

Chase Carter is a 3-star prospect that has very impressive measurables, standing at 6’6″ and weighing over 215 pounds.

Carter didn’t take up football until his sophomore year of high school, making him very new to the sport, but the type of athlete he is makes him a high-level talent.

Prior to rushing the QB on a football field, Carter was a standout on the basketball court, where he yielded offers from the likes of Florida, West Virginia, Vanderbilt, and Minnesota.
