Michigan State earned the commitment from Colton Hood on September 5th, locking in the Georgia cornerback to the Spartans.
The Spartans and Hood had been in contact for a period of time, and Hood finally pulled the trigger.
In the recent On3 recruiting rankings update, Hood was given his 4th star. On3 has Hood ranked as the No. 272 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class, as well as the No. 32 cornerback.
