After this weekend’s road trip against Arkansas — in which LSU will look to avoid a letdown following an emotional win over Alabama on Saturday — the Tigers will return home for a game against the UAB Blazers — the final contest at Tiger Stadium this season.
That will be a night game at Death Valley, as kickoff has been set for 8 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on ESPN2.
This is a bit of a down year for UAB, which has been one of the stronger Group of Five programs since it returned from hiatus in 2017. The Blazers are helmed by an interim coach in Bryant Vincent, who took over in June when Bill Clark retired. Vincent’s team is 4-5 on the year and just 2-4 in Conference USA play.

LSU closes the season out with a road trip against Texas A&M the following weekend, and it controls its destiny the SEC West. The UAB game won’t impact the division race, but the Tigers need to win out to remain in the College Football Playoff conversation.
