LSU moves up four spot in latest AP Top 25 after Army win

Here’s how the full AP Top 25 looks following the conclusion of Week 8.

It was far from the most impressive win of the week, but LSU did all it could in a 62-0 homecoming shutout victory against Army on Saturday night.

Some other teams ranked above the Tigers this week didn’t fare as well, and after losses from North Carolina, Duke, Tennessee and USC, LSU is moving up four spots in this week’s AP Top 25 to No. 15.

The Tigers also sit at No. 15 in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll.

The Tar Heels fell out of the top 10 after a home upset loss against Virginia, and they’ve now been replaced by Alabama, which won by 14 at home against Tennessee.
