Playing for the University of North Carolina has its perks. Each year athletes and staff members with athletic programs get Jordan Brand gear, including retro shoes in a special Carolina Blue colorway.
And the football program was the latest to receive that perk.
On Wednesday, the football program revealed a special Air Jordan 1 low player edition shoe in Carolina Blue. The shoe is available for players and staff members only which makes them a pretty rare shoe.
The Air Jordan 1 low is built off the classic Air Jordan 1, the first signature shoe for former UNC great Michael Jordan. Over the years, we have seen some awesome colorways for this model and this is just the latest.

The shoe features a clean Carolina Blue upper with white and blue accents throughout the shoe. A speckle design appears on the SWOOSH while the UNC logo and famous argyle is on the inner soles o the shoe.
This is an awesome colorway many UNC fans wish they could get their hands on.
