One of the most important parts of a college football coach’s job is to have a good relationship with the talent in his own backyard.
New Wisconsin head coach Luke Fickell may not be a Badger State native, but he is already making an effort to create relationships in his new home.
On Friday, Fickell paid a visit to Matt Bergan who is the athletic director at Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Catholic Memorial is one of the top programs in the Badger State and Fickell is already looking to create connections that keep top talent at home.
Thank you @CoachFick for stopping by Catholic Memorial today to visit with us.
UW is in great hands.
