Latest 2023 NFL mock draft features only 3 Alabama players

A stark drop in the projected number fo Alabama players in the first round.

The 2022 college football season is underway and the NFL regular season is just a few days away, which means it’s time to start analyzing players and predicting who will land where in the next NFL draft.

Luke Easterling of the Draft Wire recently shared his latest 2023 mock draft, which features only three Crimson Tide players.

While three players in the first round is a feat most programs would celebrate, it’s somewhat disappointing for Alabama. In 2021, the Nick Saban-led program tied the 2004 Miami Hurricanes for the most players selected in the first round with six.

Will Anderson joins a couple of other former Alabama players in Houston on a team that is in need of dire help on both sides of the ball.
