Late surge places Auburn as the No. 5 seed in SEC Tournament

Here’s a final look at the SEC standings ahead of this weekend’s SEC Baseball Tournament in Hoover.

The Auburn Tigers’ recent success has earned them the No. 5 seed in the SEC Baseball Tournament which will take place this week at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama.

Auburn has won five series in a row, including sweeps against the Missouri Tigers and the Ole Miss Rebels as well as series victories over the No. 5 LSU Tigers and the No. 13 South Carolina Gamecocks.

The SEC Tournament starts on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. CT when No.11 Georgia takes on No. 6 South Carolina. Auburn’s first game is on Tuesday against No. 12 Missouri. The time is to be determined and the SEC Network will carry the broadcast.
