Lady Vols score 100-plus points against Western Carolina to remain undefeated

Tennessee remains undefeated after Western Carolina win.

Tennessee (5-0) defeated Western Carolina (5-3), 102-50, Tuesday at Food City Center.

The Lady Vols led the Catamounts, 54-28, at halftime.

Tennessee forced Western Carolina into 37 turnovers, resulting in 45 points.

Talaysia Cooper totaled 20 points, four assists, two rebounds and one steal. She was one of five Lady Vols to score 10-plus points in the contest.

Ruby Whitehorn recorded 16 points, seven rebounds and one assist, while Tess Darby scored 12 points for Tennessee.

Samara Spencer and Zee Spearman finished with 11 points each. Spencer recorded five assists and four rebounds, while Spearman totaled five rebounds, two assists and one steal.
