The Lady Vols led, 25-15, in the first quarter and extended its advantage to 40-28 at halftime.
Rickea Jackson led Tennessee with 21 points. She also totaled eight rebounds.
Jillian Hollingshead recorded 15 points and six rebounds for Tennessee.
Tennessee’s Karoline Striplin recorded 12 points and six rebounds, while Jordan Walker finished with 10 points, five rebounds and five assists against the Wildcats.
Kentucky’s Maddie Scherr led all scorers with 27 points. Robyn Benton added 17 points for the Wildcats.
The Southeastern Conference Tournament will take place March 1-5 in Greenville, South Carolina.
