K Mason Crosby active for Packers against Vikings

The Green Bay Packers won’t have their All-Pro left tackle on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, but at least the team’s veteran kicker is available.

The Green Bay Packers won’t have their All-Pro left tackle on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, but at least the team’s veteran kicker is available.

While David Bakhtiari (chest) is inactive for the second straight week, the Packers declared Mason Crosby – who was questionable after dealing with calf and back injuries this week – as active for Sunday.

The team didn’t add another kicker, making it clear Crosby would give it a go against the Vikings.

At left tackle, expect Billy Turner to start again in place of Bakhtiari, who was originally injured against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Cornerback Kevin King and running back Aaron Jones are also inactive, but both starters were already ruled out on Friday. Josh Jackson and Jamaal Williams will get another start at cornerback and running back, respectively.

The Packers will return safety Darnell Savage, defensive lineman Tyler Lancaster and running back Tyler Ervin, who all missed last week’s win over the Houston Texans.

Fullback John Lovett, who was one of seven players listed as questionable, is active. The Packers will only be without two of the seven (Bakhtiari, Raven Greene) questionable players.

Despite placing 19 players on the week’s initial injury report, the Packers actually have three healthy scratches: quarterback Jordan Love, outside linebacker Randy Ramsey and defensive lineman Billy Winn.

Packers inactives:

QB Jordan Love
CB Kevin King
DB Raven Greene
RB Aaron Jones
LB Randy Ramsey
OT David Bakhtiari
DL Billy Winn

Running back Dalvin Cook is active for the Vikings.
