[autotag]Justin Jefferson[/autotag] may walk among us, but he certainly is not one of us.
The third-year Vikings and former LSU receiver is simply playing on another level right now, and he almost single-handedly won Minnesota the game on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
In the 33-30 overtime victory — which was clinched by an interception for another former Tiger in [autotag]Patrick Peterson[/autotag] — Jefferson finished with a career-high 193 yards on 10 catches while also scoring a touchdown.
He also made what many were quick to dub the catch of the year, keeping the Vikings’ hopes alive with an improbably one-handed catch to convert on fourth and 18.

Minnesota ultimately failed to score on the possession, turning it over on downs after a Kirk Cousins quarterback sneak came up just short. But on the ensuing Buffalo possession, Josh Allen fumbled on a sneak. It was recovered for a go-ahead touchdown, but Allen led a field-goal drive to send the game to overtime.
Jefferson also made the catch to set up what proved to be the game-winning field goal in overtime for Minnesota, and he was the talk of the league after his performance.
