The NFL released its schedule on Wednesday and we now know when former Ohio State QB Justin Fields and the Bears will visit Cleveland.

Former Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields might no longer be pulling the trigger for the Buckeye offense, but he’ll not soon be forgotten on the banks of the Olentangy.

The stats aren’t what they could have been with a full season last year, but you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone that doesn’t agree that he’s the best OSU quarterback we’ve seen play.

Now that Fields is hopefully on his way to becoming the face of the Chicago Bears, Ohio State fans will have to follow him from afar. However, there is one chance to see the former Heisman finalist and two-time Big Ten Quarterback of the Year. You can catch a glimpse of him when the Bears make a trip to the Buckeye State to take on the Cleveland Browns on Sept. 26.

The Bears will welcome the Cincinnati Bengals a week prior if you want to keep tabs on that as well.

There’s not too great of a chance he’ll be the starter by then since the Chicago brass has already named veteran Andy Dalton the starter to begin the season, but there’s still a shot that he gets in the game, and an even better chance that you’ll see him throw up a hearty O-H-I-O to the crowd in attendance.

And, if that’s not enough, it’s not a bad deal to make a weekend trip 6 hours or so to Chicago when he gets that chance to catapult his NFL career.
