Jonathan Taylor named October AFC Offensive Player of the Month

The legendary Badger RB had the best month of his young NFL career

Colts running back Jonathan Taylor’s October numbers reflected a stat line that many NFL players would be happy with for an entire season.

The Badger legend was on a tear, finishing the month with 478 rushing yards, 195 receiving yards, and 7 total touchdowns all in just five games. The Colts finished 3-2 during the month.

For his outstanding production, Taylor was named AFC Offensive Player of the Month in October. During the month, the two-time Doak Walker Award winner had three 100-yard rushing games, the longest reception of his NFL career, and at least one touchdown in every game played.

Taylor is back in action tonight, as the Colts battle the Jets on Thursday Night Football.
