Tennessee senior guard Jewel Spear was named SEC Co-Player of the Week.
Spear shared the award with Alabama’s Sarah Ashlee Barker.
She averaged 23.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.0 steals in Tennessee’s victories against Georgia and Missouri last week.
Spear also recorded a .607 field goal percentage and converted 9-of-16 three-point attempts, helping Tennessee take sole possession of second place in the SEC.
Spear totaled a game-high 25 points against Georgia, while also totaling five rebounds, one steal, one assist and one block.
She led all scorers against LSU with 22 points. She also recorded six rebounds, six assists and three steals.
