Smith has fit right in, and he’s become the first Ohio State true freshman to score a touchdown in his first five games.

The numerous one-handed catches have been awing for fans, especially those able to see it live at Ohio Stadium. For Smith, he’s actually secured six touchdowns through five games, scoring twice against Akron.
Smith hasn’t necessarily erupted in terms of yardage though. He’s tallied over 100 receiving yards just once, going for 119 yards on just 5 receptions against Western Michigan.
Against Big Ten foes, Smith is averaging 86 yards and 4.5 receptions per game. As for the 6-foot-3 receiver continues to find his groove, expects these numbers to continue impressing.
