James Conner, one of the top FAs available, will have a physical on his visit to the #AZCardinals today, and that takes on increased importance given the recent surgery. But he should have no issues going foward, source said. https://t.co/rD4s5SV97R

Former Steelers running back James Conner recently underwent surgery, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported. The surgery was to repair a turf-toe type injury that he sustained while riding a recreational vehicle.
One of the league’s top remaining free agents, Conner is expected to make a full recovery by training camp.
The Arizona Cardinals seem optimistic that the injury won’t be an issue going forward. Conner will have a physical while visiting with the team Monday.
