[autotag]Jake Garcia[/autotag] announced on Monday afternoon that he will not return to the No. 35 truck for [autotag]McAnally-Hilgemann Racing[/autotag] during the 2024 NASCAR season. Garcia is currently in his rookie season in the NASCAR Truck Series and has run well with two top-5 finishes, eight top-10 finishes, and a 14.6 average finishing position.

The driver of the No. 35 truck stated he was pursuing a new opportunity and would share the news in the near future. Garcia would have been teammates with Christian Eckes and Daniel Dye, who will join McAnally-Hilgemann Racing in the No. 43 truck next year. Now, he will likely be in another good ride in 2024.

Garcia would make sense for several race teams, including Spire Motorsports, who purchased Kyle Busch Motorsports in the Truck Series. Another team, such as Kaulig Racing, could make sense if he decided to make the move to the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Either way, Garcia will likely have a good seat for the 2024 season and it’ll be interesting to see where he ends up.
