Jaguars’ DaVon Hamilton, Tyson Campbell inactive vs. Texans in Week 12

Jaguars defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton is a healthy scratch again.

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton is one of five players listed as inactive for a Week 12 game against the Houston Texans.

Tyson Campbell was ruled out by the Jaguars on Friday, while both Zay Jones and Roy Robertson-Harris were listed as questionable. Both Jones and Robertson-Harris are active.

Hamilton, 26, missed the first seven games of the season while dealing with a bacterial infection in his back. While he returned to play two games, he struggled to make much of an impact and was a healthy scratch for Jacksonville’s Week 11 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.

Houston ruled out three players — Noah Brown, Jake Hansen, and Jimmie Ward — on Friday and added four more inactives Sunday.

Not included on the list for the Texans are running back Dameon Pierce and offensive lineman Juice Scruggs, who were both questionable. Scruggs will make his NFL debut after spending the first 11 weeks of the season on injured reserve with a hamstring issue.
